TexoHub Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TexoHub.com (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, you must cease use immediately.

2. Definitions

• “Buyer”: Registered user purchasing textile products/services.

• “Seller”: Registered user offering textile products/services.

• “Content”: Listings, messages, reviews, or any data uploaded to the Platform.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ and represent a legally registered business.

• TexoHub reserves the right to verify business credentials (e.g., tax IDs, trade licenses).

4. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current information.

• You are responsible for account security and all activities under your login.

• Prohibited: Fake accounts, identity misrepresentation, or circumventing bans.

5. Marketplace Rules

For Sellers:

• Listings must accurately describe materials, machinery, or services (e.g., fabric composition, machinery specs).

• Prohibited:

  • Counterfeit or infringing goods.

  • Misleading pricing (e.g., hidden fees).

  • Dropshipping without disclosure.

For Buyers:

• Payments must comply with agreed terms (e.g., escrow, LC).

• Prohibited:

  • Fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Harassment of sellers.

6. Transactions & Payments

• TexoHub is not a party to transactions but may facilitate payments via escrow.

• Disputes: Users must attempt resolution for 14 days before TexoHub mediation.

• Fees: Sellers pay 3–5% transaction fees (unless on Enterprise plans).

7. Subscription Plans

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 7 days before billing.

• Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Canceled plans lose premium features immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of uploaded Content but grant TexoHub a license to display it.

• Prohibited: Uploading copyrighted material (e.g., stolen product images).

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Spam (e.g., mass messaging buyers/sellers).

• Reverse engineering the Platform.

• Illegal activities (e.g., money laundering).

10. Termination

TexoHub may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms.

• 180+ days of inactivity.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• TexoHub does not guarantee:

  • Product quality or seller reliability.

  • Uninterrupted Platform access.

• Maximum liability: 6 months of subscription fees paid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by AustralianJurisdiction. Disputes must be resolved in [Courts of Your Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to Terms
